I'm a Bermuda-based instructional designer with an HR and people development background. I believe that when training is clear, engaging, and accessible, it does more than teach - it inspires growth. I bring a people-centered approach to every project, designing training and eLearning that build real skills and connect with learners.
I came to instructional design through curiosity, creativity, and a desire to make learning more dynamic and accessible. At the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA), I built a strong foundation in both the strategy and craft of learning design, creating interactive eLearning with Articulate and Kajabi along with storyboards, scripts, and design documents grounded in best practice and real-world use.

Applied Instructional Design Credentials
The Applied Instructional Design Certification is the culmination of a 9-month program called Applied Instructional Design Academy. It is earned after completing the Instructional Design Fundamentals, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, eLearning Development, and Instructional Design Process badges.
Earners complete 400+ lessons, receive extensive coaching, and complete a rigorous set of learning activities with practice, feedback, multiple revisions, and the completion of simulated client projects.
