I believe that when training is clear, engaging, and accessible, it does more than teach - it inspires growth. With a background in HR and non-profit work, I bring a people-centered approach to every project, design training and eLearning that build real skills and genuinely connect with learners.
I came to instructional design through curiosity, creativity, and desire to make learning more dynamic. At the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA), I built a strong foundation in both the strategy and craft of learning design, creating interactive eLearning with Articulate Rise and Storyline 360, along with storyboards, scripts, and design documents grounded in best practice and real-world use.

I design virtual instructor-led training (vILT) that aligns with organizational goals and delivers a smooth, engaging online experience. By combining structured content with interactive elements like breakout rooms, chat and collaborative exercises, I create a dynamic remote classroom environment.
I partner with organizations to create training strategies and learning initiatives that support business goals. Each experience is designed to be intentional, scalable, and results-driven.
I use tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office to create learning experiences that are interactive, engaging and meaningful for learners.
The Applied Instructional Design Certification is the culmination of a 9-month program called Applied Instructional Design Academy. It is earned after completing the Instructional Design Fundamentals, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, eLearning Development, and Instructional Design Process badges.
Earners complete 400+ lessons, receive extensive coaching, and complete a rigorous set of learning activities with practice, feedback, multiple revisions, and the completion of simulated client projects.
